Big River Telephone Deploys Cedar Point

(www.bigrivertelephone.com), a full-service telephone provider serving the United States, today announced that Big River is delivering wholesale communication services to service providers nationwide using Cedar Point solutions.Big River is deploying Cedar Point's SAFARI C3 Multimedia Switching System as part of a comprehensive communications offering designed to enable small to midsize service providers to rapidly generate new residential and business services revenues without increasing overhead. At the same time, Big River Telephone intends to leverage core capabilities of SAFARI C3 to expedite evolution to new network architectures, including PacketCable 2.0 and IMS.
