In the North Central region, WOW! ranks highest for the sixth consecutive year, followed by Cincinnati Bell and AT&T. In the West, Cox ranks highest for the 10th consecutive year, followed by XFINITY and Verizon. In terms of age demographics, both Generation Y and Pre-Boomer customers were significantly more satisfied with their home telephone service than customers in other generational groups.
