Bright House Buys Hosted Voice Outfit

Bright House Networks has signed an agreement to acquire the business of Telovations, a Tampa, FL-based cloud communications provider that delivers businesses hosted voice solutions, including PBX and managed SIP trunking.The acquisition is expected to help Bright House in the enterprise and SMB markets with cloud-based and managed communications as a service (CaaS), with services offered on a pay-as-you-go, as-needed basis. The transaction is expected to close within 45-60 days, pending regulatory approvals.
