Red Robin restaurant in Middletown, DE, has selected Atlantic Broadband as its business Internet and TV services provider.

The new restaurant, which is a franchise of the Red Robin (NASDAQ: RRGB) chain, had specific business requirements, including support for its point of sale (POS) system, credit card processing, and back-of-the-house operations, as well as WiFi and TV access for its guests.

Restaurateur Craig Colby identified potential service providers to meet the data needs of the new restaurant.

"Reliability, speed and responsiveness were critical to our decision to move forward with Atlantic Broadband as a provider for our high-speed data and TV services," said Colby. "Initially, as we were in the process of opening the restaurant, we had been working with another service provider in the area which unfortunately dropped the ball. If we had stayed with the original service provider, and suffered through their delays, we would have been forced to push our opening to a later date. We turned to Atlantic Broadband with only two weeks to go before opening, and they really delivered. I felt that they were a true partner from then on as they provided what we needed, on time."

"Bernard Hazelwood of Atlantic Broadband led a team of technicians who worked around the clock with limited time to ensure that Red Robin's guests had a seamless experience," said Scott Randall, Atlantic Broadband's vice president and general manager. "The Atlantic Broadband team communicated constantly throughout the process to ensure that Craig and his team were supported and their needs were met."
