ComSonics Installer Meter Now Speaks Apple

ComSonics' RECON-CIS installer meter now works with Apple's iPod touch, iPhone and iPad. The free iRECON-CIS app is available now on iTunes. The RECON-CIS was introduced in late 2010 and features channel sweep, home qualification, return path analysis and modem tests, as well as auto-test and web capabilities.Cable installers can now use multi-purpose Apple devices to operate RECON-CIS meters as well as workforce management applications. RECON-CIS also has remote control capability via Bluetooth. Final installation measurements from the RECON-CIS are uploaded to the ComSonics web-based management platform, also compatible with Apple devices.
