Jones/NCTI will provide a centralized suite of training and content materials for frontline field technicians and customer service representatives to Fidelity Communications, which serves more than 148 cities across five states. Under the terms of the three-year enterprise agreement, the company will have access to Jones/NCTI's Master Technician and Master Representative course materials and have opportunities for employees to earn Jones/NCTI certifications.

Employees in the field also will have access to Amp, Jones/NCTI's mobile learning app that provides real-time information, including Fidelity custom-branded content.
