In Orlando, Diksha Technologies is featuring a new proprietary IP tool intended to automate an operator's billing cycle with a self-healing mechanism.The tool is designed to mediate the data between systems external to the billing environment such as ERP and CRM and ensure the expected processes are run with expected output. Upon any failure, the tool checks in its Know-Error-Database and applies the appropriate fix. In the case of any non-availability of a ready fix, it follows the escalation matrix and sends out mail/SMS and visual alerts.
