Amdocs Aims to Accelerate the Back Office

At Management Word Americas, Amdocs (NYSE:DOX) introduced the Amdocs Product Lifecycle Management solution. The new solution is designed to centralize and automate a service provider’s internal workflow processes, from product ideation to launch.The company also announced the launch of Amdocs BSS Advance and Amdocs Business Building Blocks. BSS Advance is an integrated business support systems (BSS) offering designed to provide a holistic view of the customer and features an embedded integration and implementation layer. Designed to work in conjunction with BSS Advance, Business Building Blocks is a catalog of pre-tested, pre-integrated use-case scenarios that service providers can deploy to speed new services to market.
