The new version of Agile, which follows its introduction earlier this year at NAB in Las Vegas, incorporates a number of improvements intended to enable operators to target customers at critical "Decision Moments" such as Find, Join, Consume, Upgrade, Downgrade, Bill, Leave, and Win Back.
Paywizard has streamlined the reporting and campaign filtering capability of Agile to allow pay TV and over-the-top (OTT) service providers to access insight into subscriber movements at each Decision Moment. New features include:
- Subscriber Movement Reports - Customer activity and financial reports are now integrated into the core of the Decision Moments dashboard, putting a snapshot of subscriber activity at the operator's fingertips.
- Campaign filtering - More granular segmentation for each Decision Moment, including active churn analysis and monitoring of subscription movements, is intended to allow better targeted and timed communications at each decision moment, including offers to pre-empt churn or change to a more suitable package.
- Capture PSP Payment Methods - Greater payment flexibility is intended to make the "Bill" moment smoother for both operator and subscriber, improve the overall customer experience and prevent potential friction points.
