Natural foods outfit taps Comcast Biz Ethernet

Concerted Care Group, a provider of community-based addiction treatment centers in the Baltimore area, is using Comcast Business' (NASDAQ:CMCSA) Ethernet and voice services to provide its 120 staff members with real-time access to information and communication. With three outpatient opioid treatment program locations in Baltimore, Brooklyn and Frederick, MD, Concerted Care Group offers housing, food, transportation, addiction counseling, mental health and primary care services to more than 1,200 individuals daily.

Concerted Care Group has been using Comcast Business services since it opened with each location using 50 Mbps Ethernet Dedicated Internet connection to manage its electronic health records, productivity tools, medical billing and administrative solutions. The provider also uses Comcast SIP, an Internet-based voice solution providing features including call forwarding. Additionally, the provider has Comcast Business Internet and Comcast Business Class TV for center patient areas and Business Class Voice.
