Amdocs (NASDAQ:DOX) has completed its acquisition of Vubiquity, a provider of digital content services and technology solutions. The acquisition is intended to provide Amdocs with content capabilities, including licensing, processing and delivery for the content community and video distributors including major over-the-top (OTT) providers.
