Anritsu Co. Network Master Pro MT1040A - 4 Diamonds

Sept. 29, 2020
The Network Master Pro MT1040A smallest-in-class portable 400G analyzer evaluates the transmission quality of networks operating at communications speeds from 10 Mbps to 400 Gbps. With an evaluation interface supporting SFP/SFP+/SFP28, QSFP+/QSFP28/QSFP-DD and OSFP optical modules, the MT1040A can be customized easily for any application, the company says. It can be combined with OTDR modules for fiber tests, as well as with a “GPS disciplined” module to enable precision latency measurements between remote fiber segments. A full suite of tools enables editing of each test scenario, while automation tools permit one-button operation of complex tests.

Judge’s Comment: “I like this one-tool approach for this application. The added feature to allow remote control access by a more experienced engineer is an awesome feature.”
