Falcon V Systems' MAC Manager enables open Distributed Access Architecture (DAA) via standard interfaces, data models, and testing automation.
Falcon V Systems' MAC Manager enables open Distributed Access Architecture (DAA) via standard interfaces, data models, and testing automation. It's a centralized, virtualized management component aggregating many MAC-NE devices. MAC Manager is a management entity representing a single point of contact for operator's back-office management systems to FMA access network elements within its scope of control. It uses FMA management plane protocols to manage a potentially large number of MAC-NEs deployed in the access network.

Judge’s Comment: “The Falcon V Systems MAC Manager should aid operators significantly as they implement DAA.”
