At IBC in Amsterdam, Teleste will be highlighting its Ubique video content management software framework. It's intended to allow operators to manage all interactive video services, including OTT.

The framework can be used to build tailored content management systems in a multivendor, multiscreen environment. It's designed to let operators create an access point to all interactive video services for their customers, including OTT services, on various consumer devices.

The Ubique framework allows operators to build interactive video platforms by integrating their existing servers, billing, CAS, middleware and transcoders as well as managing EPG and PSI/SI information. It also makes it possible for operators to control set-top boxes and decide what their customer EPG should look like.

Ubique supports video files in various formats and is designed to stream them to one, several or all customers. It also allows operators to control set-top boxes and offers such functions as video capture, upload and searches based on metadata.
