At the Broadband World Forum 2015 in London, Sagemcom plans to demonstrate its next generation of multi-gigabit media gateways based on its SWAN software suite, and which integrate such technologies as DOCSIS 3.1, G.fast, fiber and multi-user MIMO 4X4 WiFi. New this year are DOCSIS 3.1 and fiber broadband gateways designed for multi-gigabit services.

The F@st 3890 can operate simultaneously in DOCSIS 3.1 and DOCSIS 3.0 32x8. The new gateway includes WiFi 4X4 802.11ac wave 2 for 5 GHz, 4X4 11n for 2.4 GHz, and implements MU-MIMO wireless.

The F@st 5360 supports multi-WAN technologies, G.fast and A/VDSL vectoring up to 35B, fiber via SFP module, and also Gigabit Ethernet. The WAN can be extended on demand with LTE aggregation. The product implements MU-MIMO DBDC 4X4 WiFi and DECT CAT-iq for HD Voice.

The F@ST 5655 and F5656 are multi-play gateways offering a broadband Internet connection over G/EPON fiber. The products implement WiFi DBDC video grade 11ac, HPNA 3.1, and video RF overlay.

Sagemcom's SWAN software suite is designed to support triple-play applications, a multi-language GUI, a smartphone app, parental control, a media center for multimedia sharing and cloud synchronization, and phonebook services like contacts synchronization with the cloud. It also features self-diagnostic tools.
