Qwilt has joined the Streaming Video Alliance as a Founding Member. The Alliance aims to facilitate the creation of an open architecture, standards and best practices that will scale the infrastructure for online video. The SVA will focus on identifying issues and solutions related to open architecture, QoE and interoperability.
